Strategic Sales Executive

Enthiosys is a growing Agile product management consulting firm providing services to a wide range of organizations across the United States, Canada and Europe. We seek a dynamic, creative, collaborative, ambitious, energetic, experienced sales executive capable of operating independently to identify, nurture and build accounts.

Position Summary

The Strategic Sales Executive will find new business prospects and develop a complete understanding of their business needs.  He or she will then create solutions that will fit the prospect’s operational and strategic needs, present these solutions in person and remotely and close new business.  The Strategic Sales Executive will also be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities for consulting and training services with existing clients.  This position does require travel.


  • Grow customer base and develop new client relationships while achieving growth and gross margin projections.
  • Consistently achieve sales and growth goals.
  • Create selling plans for key industries, territories and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Business VPs, Product Managers, Product Management Directors, Software Architects and Development Team members.
  • Work with operations and legal teams as required to acquire and maintain customers.
  • Effectively perform customer needs assessments as required to identify opportunities and present solutions.
  • Create and maintain sales presentations, proposal templates and other sales tools with minimal help.
  • Maintain sales CRM system and contribute accurate and reliable sales forecast data to management on a regular basis.
  • Attend industry seminars, workshops, meet-ups and user group meetings to stay current with industry trends, to be seen as an 'advisor' and to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to generate new leads.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology or related field.
  • 8+ years experience.
  • Deep understanding of IT, software development practices including Agile frameworks.
  • Understanding of Product Management roles, responsibilities and practices.
  • Knack for asking insightful questions and listening.
  • Strong business analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Experience selling professional services and using consultative sales processes.
